Forklift Plow Mount
Looking to maximize the value of existing equipment, this client wanted a custom forklift attachment that would allow them to repurpose a plow bucket already in their inventory. The objective was to create a cost-effective solution that extended the usefulness of older attachments without the need to purchase new equipment.
We designed and fabricated a custom attachment that securely interfaces with the forklift while allowing the plow bucket to be quickly installed and removed as needed. The customer also wanted the ability lock the plow in one of three positions to promote an angle effect while clearing. Key priorities for the project included affordability, durability, and ease of use, resulting in a practical solution built to withstand demanding working conditions while providing the flexibility the client required.
This attachment was left un-painted at the request of the client.

Loader Mounted Toolboxes
This project was developed to provide a practical and cost-effective storage solution for a fleet of yard loaders. The client required secure, accessible storage for tools, lifting slings, and other essential supplies while maintaining consistency across multiple pieces of equipment.
To maximize value and reduce lead times, commercially manufactured storage boxes were sourced and integrated with custom-fabricated mounting brackets designed specifically for the loaders. A key objective of the project was to create a standardized solution that could be efficiently replicated and installed across the client’s fleet, allowing for large-scale implementation with a quick turnaround.
The result was a durable, functional storage system that improved organization, accessibility, and operational efficiency while remaining budget-conscious.
Loader Safety Railing
To help reduce fall hazards and improve operator safety, a client requested a custom railing system for their Case 721 front-end loader. The design needed to provide effective fall protection without interfering with the machine’s operation, while also remaining fully removable to preserve the equipment’s resale value.
This project involved a fully customized design tailored to the loader’s dimensions and operating requirements. The completed railing system was powder coated and colour-matched to the existing machine components, resulting in a durable, professional-looking installation that seamlessly integrated with the equipment.

Dunnage Mount For A Forklift
This client required a safe and practical solution for carrying dunnage on their forklift. The design needed to integrate seamlessly with the existing equipment while maintaining a clean, professional appearance and preserving full functionality of the machine.
We designed and fabricated a custom rack that securely supports dunnage, chains and strapping without obstructing the operator’s visibility, interfering with forklift operation, or creating secondary safety hazards. The result is a durable, user-friendly solution that provides additional capacity while maintaining the safety, usability, and aesthetics of the equipment.
Excavator Bucket Repair
This project involved an urgent repair to an excavator bucket that had separated along the seam between the side wall and the bucket floor. The client required a durable solution that would allow the equipment to return to service quickly while maximizing the remaining lifespan of the bucket.
Following a detailed assessment, all compromised material was removed and custom templates were created to fabricate precisely fitted replacement panels. The damaged sections were rebuilt and reinforced to restore the bucket’s structural integrity and improve its durability under continued heavy use.
Key objectives of this project included minimizing downtime, meeting a tight turnaround schedule, and implementing repairs that would extend the service life of the bucket as much as possible. The result was a robust, long-lasting repair that returned the equipment to productive operation with minimal disruption to the client’s project.

In this image you can see where the side wall of the bucket has separated.

Sections of weakened bucket on the sides and bottom had to be cut away to be replaced.

Replacement Pieces welded into place. No paint was applied at the request of the customer.

Excavator Bucket Claws
This project involved the design and installation of custom excavator bucket claws to meet a specific customer requirement. Because this feature was not available from the manufacturer on this model of bucket, a custom solution was required that would integrate seamlessly with the existing equipment while maintaining strength, durability, and functionality.
The claws were carefully fabricated and mounted to ensure they could withstand the demanding conditions of daily operation while enhancing the bucket’s performance for the customer’s intended application. Upon completion, the modified bucket was professionally finished with a colour-matched paint system, creating a factory-style appearance that blended seamlessly with the original equipment.
The result was a durable, purpose-built modification that delivered the functionality the customer required without compromising the integrity or appearance of the bucket.
Repair & Installation of Bucket teeth
Bucket teeth are wear components that endure constant abrasion and impact during excavation, trenching, and material handling operations. Over time, heavy-duty use causes these teeth to wear down, reducing digging efficiency and increasing stress on the bucket itself.
A common service we provide is the removal and replacement of worn bucket teeth to restore equipment performance and extend the life of the attachment. This process includes removing damaged or worn components, cleaning and preparing the mounting surfaces, and installing new teeth to ensure a secure fit and reliable operation. By replacing worn teeth before excessive wear occurs, operators can maintain productivity, improve digging performance, and help protect the bucket from unnecessary damage.

Storage Racking
Designed and fabricated for a heavy equipment shop, these heavy-duty storage racks were built to safely organize and store chains, hooks, load binders, and strapping and heavy parts. The goal was to create a durable, high-capacity solution that could withstand daily shop use while improving accessibility and organization.
The rack features multiple offset hanging arms to maximize storage capacity, a channeled edge for hanging hooks and accessories, and a grated lower platform that provides additional storage space while allowing dirt and debris to fall through.
At the customer request these racks were spray painted red.
Custom Trailer Racking
This project involved the design and fabrication of a custom roof rack system for a contractor working in the home exteriors industry. The rack was built specifically to fit the customer’s existing enclosed trailer, providing a secure and efficient way to transport ladders, building materials, and other equipment required on the job site.
Designed with both functionality and durability in mind, the roof rack maximizes available storage space while keeping frequently used materials organized and easily accessible. To improve safety and convenience, the system also incorporates an integrated front-mounted ladder, allowing quick and secure access to the roof rack when loading and unloading materials.
The finished product provided a practical, heavy-duty storage solution tailored to the customer’s workflow, increasing carrying capacity while maintaining the versatility of the existing trailer.

Pressure Washer Skid
This project was developed for a client who operated a portable pressure-washing unit used to clean equipment that could not be brought into their wash bay. While the unit provided flexibility in the field, transporting it efficiently around the yard proved challenging.
To address this issue, we designed and fabricated a custom skid capable of securely housing the pressure washer and its holding tank while allowing the entire assembly to be safely transported by forklift. Integrated loading ramps were also incorporated into the design to simplify moving the pressure-washing unit on and off the skid as needed.
The completed skid provided a durable, practical solution that improved mobility and operational efficiency throughout the client’s yard. At the client’s request, the unit was left unpainted.
Heavy Duty Work Table
This client required a set of matching heavy-duty work tables capable of withstanding demanding day-to-day use while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. In addition to durability, the tables needed to be easily movable and manufactured with a high level of precision to ensure a consistent look and dimensions across all units.
Each table was designed and fabricated to identical specifications, allowing them to be used individually or positioned side by side to create an extended work surface when larger projects required additional workspace. The result was a versatile, durable, and aesthetically consistent solution tailored to the client's operational needs.

Drain Gate
This project involved redesigning and improving an existing chaff collection system used in a commercial farm equipment shop. Chaff buildup and clogging are ongoing challenges in these environments, making efficient material management and ease of maintenance critical.
The updated design was engineered to reduce the amount of material bypassing the grate, improving overall effectiveness while maintaining proper airflow and debris control. The system was also designed for quick removal and reinstallation, allowing for easier cleaning and reduced maintenance time. The result is a more efficient, user-friendly solution built to withstand the demands of a busy agricultural service facility.
